Part A: Online Registration & Payment

Begins August 2, 2026 at 5:00 PM. All district families will need to complete this process via Skyward Family Access. Once online registration is complete, families will be able to view student schedules and/or classroom assignments. Please note- JLMS & GHS schedules may not be final and are subject to change.

If the online registration (Part A) has not been completed prior to in-person registration (Part B), this step must be completed at in-person registration by filling out pre-registration forms on one of the computers provided.

Part B: In-Person Registration

Districtwide In-Person Registration will take place during the following dates and times:
Monday, August 17, 2026 - 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm / 4:30 pm - 7:00 pm 
Tuesday, August 18, 2026 - 7:30 am - 11:30 am / 12:00pm - 3:30 pm 
(Please note that there are 30-minute staff breaks planned each day.)

WHERE: Grafton High School - Commons & Gymnasium 1950 Washington Street, Grafton

WHO: Families of all Grafton School District students, grades EC, 4K-12

WHAT: Student photos will be taken by VIP (Visual Image Photography), fee payment (for those paying cash/check), vision screening, school information tables, and community tables. Note- we strongly encourage all students, including all high school students, to have their photo taken by VIP, as this photo is used for Skyward, student IDs, and more. If you’re unable to attend, a retake date will be available in late September or early October.

VISION SCREENING: Vision screening for all 4K, 5K, 1st, 3rd, 5th grade students as well as any student new to the district in 2nd, 4th, 6th-8th grades. Optional vision screening is also available to any middle or high school student who may have a concern about their vision.
