We have an app—download the “Grafton School District” app on your phone today! To set up notifications, head to “My Alerts” to edit and subscribe to available categories. The news feed and calendars are updated throughout the week.

District and school newsletters are sent out every week to help keep everyone up-to-date about what is happening in the district. We also have a page on our website dedicated to show activities, sports programs, and opportunities offered by local organizations for the Grafton community.

In case of emergency, the Grafton School District will send out communications via text & email. We highly recommend families double check their emergency contact information to ensure everything is updated. If you haven’t already subscribed to receive emergency text notifications, text “YES” to 87569 from your phone.

This is our parent portal with important information including report cards, attendance reporting, bus stops, fee management, and more. There is a desktop version and a "Skyward Mobile Access" app. For the best user experience, we highly recommend using Skyward on a desktop computer.

Canvas is the learning management system used at John Long Middle School and Grafton High School. Parents are able to set daily and weekly alerts for their student’s assignments, grades, and more.

ParentSquare is our new communication tool that ensures a secure and common application for all sports coaches, teachers, and extracurricular advisors to use. Through this platform you and your child will be able to send, receive, and respond to messages from your child’s coaches and teachers. This is a platform that can be accessed through the website or their mobile app.

Stopfinder is the all-in-one, easy to use app that allows parents, guardians, and caretakers to view student transportation schedules and receive announcements from the local GO Riteway Terminal. Please Note: Stopfinder will be replacing the “Here Comes the Bus” App
