Speech Language Pathologist Email Phone: 262 376-5471 Melissa Paszkowski has been working in the Grafton School District since 2005 as a Speech-Language Pathologist. A 1999 Grafton High School Alumni, Melissa is proud to teach in the community that she was raised. Melissa received her Bachelor of Science in 2003 and Master of Science Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2005 from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Melissa is experienced at providing specialized interventions for students of all ages (3-21) having worked in both the Elementary and High School levels. Recently, her focus has been providing therapy for our youngest learners in Early Childhood and beyond. Maintaining her Certificate of Clinical Competence through the American Speech Language and Hearing Association, Melissa believes in the importance of professional development and continuous learning that will directly impact the progress of her students. She values the power of a multidisciplinary team approach that includes families, and having shared goals and responsibilities to set students up for success. She has a passion for developing relationships with students by making learning meaningful, experiential, accessible and exciting, as well as connecting with families by having open lines of communication. Melissa loves to see the beaming smiles of pride from her students when they achieve a goal and to celebrate success throughout the journey!
