Hello, my name is Ann Menzel. I have been a special education teacher in the Grafton School District since 2021. 

I graduated in 2017 from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with my Bachelors in Community Engagement and Education. Following graduation, I worked as a Special Education paraprofessional in Sheboygan, this was where I found my passion for this specific population of students. I went back to school and completed a masters level program to receive my Special Education licensure. I have worked in 4k-12th grade and have found my joy at peak with the younger ages. I am thrilled to be working at Woodview with lower elementary kiddos. 

My family includes my husband Luke and our two boys, Owen and Harrison. We live in Oostburg and both commute to Grafton as GSD teachers. Outside of school our family loves to spend time on Shawano lake with extended family, and venture to playgrounds and the zoo.
