Parents who think they may be eligible for participation in the Free or Reduced Lunch /Breakfast Program can submit an application anytime throughout the year at any school or the district office. Strict confidentiality is assured with this system.
If you qualify, your application will be valid through the school year and must be resubmitted EVERY August.
What Your Child is Entitled to: This program provides one lunch (includes one milk) at a free or reduced price of .40. Breakfast is also available at the middle and high schools. Individual milks or other ala-carte items are at your expense but will not be available for purchase until you have given the school permission to make this option available to your child and have deposited money in your account to cover purchases.

Keeping Accounts in Good Standing
- You are responsible for ANY negative balance from the previous school year.
- You are responsible to pay for any milk purchases whenever milk is purchased outside of a meal.
- If you open ala-carte purchases for a specific child, you are responsible for those ala-carte purchases. Sufficient money must be in your account for these additional purchases.
- Accounts that fall into a negative balance of $15 or greater may be closed.
