Graduating with a major in Secondary Education English and a minor in Communications, I began my career as an educator at a private High School in Chicago, IL. After 3 years, I moved to teaching at Concordia University Wisconsin where I spent the majority of my career. Returning to secondary education, I am proud to be a part of the GHS staff. Here, I teach American Literature and Composition,  College Composition, AP Language and Composition,  AP Seminar, and AP Research.

I consider it a privilege to teach and believe a good education is the foundation to future success. Encourage your student to ask questions and self-advocate. Open communication, positive interaction, and mutual respect are fundamental to our classroom experience.
