District Profile

The Grafton School District is located 25 minutes north of Milwaukee, just off Highway 43 and bordered on the east by beautiful Lake Michigan.

Over 16,400 people call the growing community of Grafton home. Proximity to the Milwaukee metropolitan area provides many social and cultural opportunities while still providing that small town feel. The Grafton School District is responsible for educating approximately 2,200 students districtwide.

We believe that all students can learn at high levels, and the district's comprehensive curriculum, aligned to state standards, reflects this core belief.  Our dedicated, highly qualified staff work collaboratively to design and implement instructional programming to meet the needs of our diverse learners.  Our vision is to provide the Grafton community with a collaborative, versatile learning environment that fosters creative, adaptable lifelong learners prepared to succeed in an ever-changing global world.
