Regular meetings of the Grafton School District Board of Education are held on the fourth Monday of the month at 6:00 pm in the Grafton High School library.  The second Monday of the month is reserved for Board committee meetings.  Committee meetings are held in the Board room at the District Office.

For the 2024-25 school year, please note these exceptions to the regular meeting schedule and locations:

• The December Board meeting will be on December 16 (moved from the fourth Monday due to winter break) and will be held in the library at Kennedy Elementary School
• The January 27 Board meeting will be held in the library at Woodview Elementary School
• The February 24 Board meeting will be held in the library at John Long Middle School
• The March Board meeting will be on March 17 (moved from the fourth Monday due to spring break)
• The May Board meeting will be on May 19 (moved from the fourth Monday due to Memorial Day)
