School Meals Update

Free School Meals
This is the image for the news article titled Free School MealsThe Grafton School District is participating in a nationwide waiver extension by the USDA that provides meals at no cost.  Every one of our students, whether learning in-person or virtually, can receive free meals through the end of the school year (unless funding terminates prior to that date).  Students enrolled at JLMS and GHS will also have access to a free breakfast.  Please keep in mind that any ala carte purchases, including milk purchased separately from a meal, will be charged to students’ food service accounts.

In-person students do not have to take any action to receive these free meals.  Parents/guardians of virtual students will need to sign up for meal pick-up using the Pick-up Lunch Order form.  Meals can be picked up at the Grafton High School door #19 (next to the athletic entrance) on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:30 pm to 2:15 pm.  The Tuesday pick-up will include meals for Tuesday and Wednesday, and the Thursday pick-up will include meals for Thursday, Friday, and Monday.

Additional details are available here.  Questions about the program can be addressed to the district’s nutrition financial coordinator, Kari Wall, at 262-376-5424 or
