Non-resident student enrollment

You are considered a “non-resident” if you do not live within the boundaries of the Grafton School District. You may apply for Open Enrollment if you live outside of the Grafton School District and want to attend the Grafton School District.

Grafton Schools is excited to offer centralized registration for the 2016-2017 school year which allows you to complete all 4K-12 student registration in one location. Online registration will open on Monday, August 1st. You will save yourself significant amounts of time by completing the online segment before the in-person dates. A letter will be sent to all families in late July with more details.

Where: Grafton High School Cafeteria and Gymnasium 
Who: Families of all Grafton School District Students: Grades 4K-12

In order to facilitate registration and to avoid long lines, it is suggested that you register within the following timeframes based on your last name:

A-F  Tues.  7:30-9:00 OR Wed. 12:00-1:30
G-L  Tues.  9:00-10:30 OR Wed. 1:30-3:00
M-R  Tues.  10:30-12:00 OR Wed. 3:00-4:00
S-Z  Tues.  12:00-1:30 OR Wed. 4:00-5:00
all (A-Z)  Tues.  1:30-3:30 OR Wed. 5:00-7:00

To save you a significant amount of time at Centralized Registration, all of the required paperwork and fee payment can be completed online prior to Centralized Registration.

Online Registration (starting August 1)
Go online using a computer (NOT a phone) to your school’s webpage and click on the Registration page. Once the forms are completed, fee payment can be made online via eFunds with a credit card or checking account. 
NEW THIS YEAR: There are no credit card or check processing fees to use eFunds. 
Families also have the option to paying via check or cash at Centralized Registration. However, the registration process will be quicker if online payment is used.
If you do not have computer access there will be computers available for your use during the Centralized Registration times on August 9 and 10 and also on Monday, August 8, 2016 from 12 pm - 4 pm at GHS.

During Centralized Registration
Complete pre-registration forms on the computer if they have not been completed prior to registration.

Bring your checkbook or cash as needed to pay for school fee and optional items if online payment has not been made.

School pictures will be taken by VIP Images.
If desired, fill out an available paper picture order form and make payment to VIP Images with check or credit card or access online ordering option to arrange for orders and online payment at your convenience. A picture retake/makeup option will be available during the school year for students as well.
